Usage Instructions:
- Meringue mix 100 g, water 32 g, sift the mixture, place it in a mixer, add room temperature water and whip for about 10 minutes. Once the mixture is soft and fluffy, pipe the meringues using a piping bag and bake in a preheated static oven at 80°C until completely dry.
- For 5cm diameter meringues, the cooking time is about 2 hours. Thanks to its exclusive formulation and the careful selection of extra fine ingredients, it guarantees light, airy, and lump-free results, with a delicious aroma of vanilla and caramel.
