GLUTEN FREE
High concentration edible pigment. Can be used as a dust or for mixing to a paint for sugar work.
- Add directly the powder to the product to be coloured or apply with a brush to the surface to be decorated.
- Particularly indicated of confectionery and fine bakery (pastries, cookies, cakes and wafers).
- Allowed to be used only for food production purposes.
- Maximum dosage: quantum satis
- Mix with coca butter, rejuvenator or alcohol to produce a paint to paint fine details.

BRONZE COLOUR INGREDIENTS: titanium dioxide
RUBY COLOUR INGREDIENTS: iron oxides and hydroxides
COPPER COLOUR INGREDIENTS: iron oxides and hydroxides
MAXIMUM DOSAGE: quantum satis (cat.5.4 Reg. 1129/2011)
ALLERGENS: May contain traces of soybeans, milk and nuts (pistachios and hazelnuts), Sulphur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations of more than 10mg/kg o 10 mg/l in termini di SO2
CAUTIONS: Do not swallow as such
STORAGE PRECAUTION: Keep tightly closed in a cool and dry place. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperature exceeding 50°C.
