New Shoe & Shoe Box Cake Course

Full day course

On this course you will learn how to:
-Level, crumb coat & ice your shoe box cake with a professional finish
-How to work with and colour sugar paste
-Make a large sugar shoe and decorate
-Make elegant flowers to decorate your cake
-Decorate your cake board with a material effect

All equipment and materials are provided including the cake and a box to take it home in as well as refreshments throughout the day.

There will also be chance to discuss handy hints and tips. All you need to bring is an apron and a packed lunch.

£110pp – payment is required on booking. Places are on a first come first served basis.
