Four Mouseketeers Cake Decorating Course £105

The course is £145 if paid for via Paypal, or £140 for BACS, Cash or Cheque.

This class will focus on covering and decorating of a celebration cake. You will begin the day with a cake, and learn to carve, fill and cover the cake. In the afternoon we will focus on creating models and decorations for your cake.

Skills Learnt:
*Cake carving
*Cutting and Filling your cake.
*Crumbcoating your cake.
*Colouring Sugarpaste.
*Covering a cake.
*Covering the board.
*Creating woodgrain texture.
*Airbrushing.
*Creating 4 mouse models

Class size of 6 to 8 students.
There is a 30 minute lunch break. You will need to provide your own lunch.

All materials are provided for you and you will leave with your beautiful cake to take home and show off to your friends.
