These edible dusts/glitters can be used in liquids and high-temperature isomalt without the need for dilution. They are also ideal for baking as they don’t burn or melt.

Ingredients GOLD: Water, colour: E172; thickener: E466; flavouring, emulsifier: E433.

Ingredients SILVER: Water, thickener: E466; flavouring, emulsifier: E433; colour: E172.

Cautions: Do not ingest directly. The colour of the product may show slight variations due to the characteristics of the raw materials. The different size of the paillettes is due to the processing method.

User Instruction: User instructions

  • Directly apply the product to the surface to be decorated. It can be used in bakery product because it doesn’t burn and doesn’t melt.
  • Maximum dosage: Quantum satis (cat. 5.4 Reg. 1129/2011).

Allergy advice: Possible cross contamination: May contain traces of soybenas, MILK, Sulphur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/litre

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dark place.
