Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days. Please allow an additional 24 hours for any order to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands. Please also be aware that any deliveries to Northern Ireland with a ‘BT’ postcode will usually take three more days to arrive.

- Order before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after the cutoff time using this method will be dispatched on the next working day.

Important Information
Delays
Whilst every effort is made to deliver orders within our estimated time frames please be aware that delays may occur, on occasion, due to unforeseen factors. The Vanilla Valley will not be held liable/responsible for delays to deliveries outside of our control, I.E. traffic or weather constraints, 3rd party delays or strike action.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase by emailing saracinouk@gmail.com.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Refuse delivery and take a photo of the damage with the courier present.
- Email the image and details to saracinouk@gmail.com for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
Due to food safety regulations, Saracino products are non-refundable.
