It is one of the largest and leading cake shows in the World in which all the major European companies participate. The leading cake artists from all over the World also perform, demonstrate and compete.
Saracino has been present at the show for some years, with its own stand, where it hosts cake designers from all over the World. They have given courses, demonstrations and held business meetings.
An unmissable event over the weekend is the Cake Master Awards (known as the cake ‘Oscars’).
Highly prestigious awards are given during the Awards and one of the most sought-after is the one related to the ‘Product of the Year’.
