Ready to use product for the modelling of chocolate decorations. Before using, handle the product to obtain a soft consistency. If hands get too warm, or the weather is warm, either work with it in the cooler morning/evenings or place in the fridge intermittently whilst modelling to keep it shape. You will find it smooths/blends easily when adding pieces to sculpted work, and wearing plastic gloves helps.

The modelling chocolate also takes colour well (airbrushing, paste colour and colour dusts).

Ingredients white chocolate: White chocolate 32% (sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, flavour); sugar, glucose syrup, potato starch, maize starch, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Ingredients blue chocolate: White chocolate 32% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, flavour), sugar, glucose syrup, potato starch, maize starch, preservative: potassium sorbate E202; acid: citric acid E330; colour: brilliant blue FCF E133.

Ingredients yellow chocolate: White chocolate 32% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, flavour), sugar, glucose syrup, potato starch, maize starch, preservative: potassium sorbate E202; acid: citric acid E330; colour: tartrazine E102.

Ingredients black chocolate: Chocolate couverture 40% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), sugar, glucose syrup, potato starch, colour: vegetable carbon E153; maize starch, preservative: potassium sorbate E202; acid: citric acid E330.

Ingredients red chocolate: White chocolate 32% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, flavour), sugar, glucose syrup, potato starch, maize starch, preservative: potassium sorbate E202; acid: citric acid E330; colour: allura red AC E129.

Ingredients green chocolate: White chocolate 32% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, flavour), sugar, glucose syrup, potato starch, maize starch, preservative: potassium sorbate E202; acid: citric acid E330; colours: tartrazine E102, brilliant blu FCF E133.
